Returns & Shipping Policy

Our return policy is easy. You may return any item for a refund provided the product is in its original resalable condition if you have ordered the wrong labels we sort it out with you and switch them out ASAP.

We reserve the right to substitute any item with an item of equal or greater value, due to availability. We are constantly upgrading our merchandise with new and exciting products.

We reserve the right to substitute those items if they are found to be better.

All returns must be at your own cost and once received we will check the return and issue a credit or replacement.

Most orders are shipped USPS from the USA on the same day or the next business day after receipt of the order. We cannot, however, ship to a P.O. Box with UPS and FedEx. We will provide the tracking number for your purchase by request. Delays in shipping delivery may occur during peak holidays such as Christmas. Please allow for this possibility. If items are returned in good condition a refund will be issued.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are set and calculated in your online shopping cart and are based on the size and weight of your items, their destination, and which shipping method you choose. Our shipping rates are quoted to you directly from USPS, and Royal Canada mail, and include a small handling fee. We do not make a profit from shipping costs, and we do everything we can to keep them as low as possible.

Miscellaneous

Seller shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond the reasonable control of Seller. These causes shall include, without limitation, acts of God, acts or omissions of Buyer or any third party, delays in transportation, or inability to obtain necessary labor, materials, or supplies.
